There was an issue with the item I ordered and was the last in stock. Lolo contacted me personally and resolved the issue well. She was responsive when I reached out again and asked questions - and even threw in a voucher for my friend to use (as this was ordered as a gift!)

My husband and daughter had a fabulous time at the Daddy Daughter Braiding workshop. Lots of new skills practiced for both of them, in a gorgeous environment with Lola. It was so good that Lola should probably be charging a lot more!
